  • The key provided is invalid or not working, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • You have not used the key or attempted activation, and you request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds if:
  • The product key has already been used or activated.
  • The key was sent to the correct email, but you failed to access it due to inbox issues.
  • The request is made after 30 days of purchase.
  • You failed to verify system compatibility before purchasing.
  • You changed your mind or made a mistaken purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

6. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to block future purchases and report the case to relevant authorities or payment processors.
